We get two kinds of concrete questions, and both come down to the same thing: who actually self-performs the work. A general contractor needs a sub who reads plans, hits the schedule, and stays on the job through final pour and inspection. A developer needs a structural partner who can self-perform concrete and masonry at commercial scale — not a side-job crew.
We do both. The menu below covers every concrete scope we self-perform. Pick the closest fit and we’ll come back with a documented bid. Call (239) 288-3378 to start.

Pads, slabs, structural pours, flatwork, retail and convenience-store pads, and full shell coordination for builders, GCs, and property managers. We work to plan, quote against scope, and stay on the job until pour and finish are signed off. Commercial Concrete →

Healthcare, retail and fuel, industrial, schools, government, and multi-family — the commercial markets we self-perform structural concrete and masonry for across Florida. Markets We Serve →

Monolithic slabs, stem-wall foundations for flood-zone work, footings, vapor barriers, rebar schedules sized for the load, and pour planning that accounts for SWFL soil and water table — commercial building pads and site slabs. Foundations & Slabs →

Reinforced concrete elements — tie beams, columns, bond beams, structural slabs, and the scope of work that has to carry load and pass inspection. The estimate names which structural elements we self-perform and which we coordinate with specialty subs. Structural Concrete →

Quantity takeoffs, budget pricing, value engineering, design-assist, and bid-day support. Send us your plans, specs, and addenda for a fast, accurate number. Commercial Estimating →

Reinforced CMU walls, bond beams, lintels, tie beams, vertical rebar with grouted cells, and the structural shell scopes commercial buildings depend on. Masonry →
If you’re not sure where your job fits, here’s how we’d route it:
We self-perform structural concrete and reinforced CMU masonry because the underlying craft is the same across every commercial scope — subgrade prep, reinforcement schedule, mix design, joint placement, finish, and cure. A multi-family pad in Fort Myers and a retail shell in Naples both get the same plan-driven attention to those fundamentals.
Whichever service you land on, the bid we hand you names the same things in writing — so you can compare apples to apples and so we both know exactly what we agreed to:
What’s being poured, how much of it, and where the boundaries are.
PSI mix design, reinforcement schedule, joint detail, finish, and any embedded items.
Excludes demo, dirt work, permits, inspections, surveys, dumpsters, and third-party work.
Mobilization, pour, cure, and finish dates we’ll commit to.
Deposit, milestone, and final — written so neither side guesses.
We’re based in Punta Gorda and pour across Southwest Florida and up to Tampa. Cities we pour in most often: Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Sarasota, and Bonita Springs. We also serve North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Bradenton, and Tampa. See service areas →
Tell us what you’re pouring. We’ll send a line-item quote — scope, materials, finish, and a target pour window, in writing before contract. Call (239) 288-3378.
